When my dogs were puppies and their nails started getting too long, I bought a couple of nail clippers before I found the ones I wanted.
I wanted something for puppies that was not too big but sharp and strong, it took a couple of tries but I got them.
Even after I got the one I wanted, I do misplace it, especially during trips and when I want to purchase it again they may be out of stock which would make me test another type and that is how I got to a few good puppy nail clippers.

This nail clipper was recommended to me by people on Reddit and I was not disappointed. It has sharp stainless steel blades, I liked the way the spring works, and the handle is no- slip, I had all the qualities I wanted.

Epica puppy nail clippers
I enjoyed using this for my dogs when they were puppies. Although I use the bigger size for them now because it is great.

Also if you are clipping your dog’s nails and they bleed, you should apply a kwik stop powder, it would help with the bleeding.
